1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable).


2. Shipping Policy

We currently ship across South Africa only.

  • Delivery time: 5–9 business days after dispatch

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, high demand periods, or external factors beyond our control.

Luxora is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


3. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

  • Incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries, for which Luxora is not liable.


4. Returns & Refunds (30-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned (if required) in reasonable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure to follow usage instructions

  • Change of mind after excessive use

Luxora reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
